The New York State Rules of Professional Conduct preclude me from identifying a “specialty”, as regards my practice of the law. I can only state that my solo practice is dedicated to the defense of traffic tickets and most traffic misdemeanors incurred anywhere in New York State, with the exception of New York City. The tickets and misdemeanors that I handle include, but are not limited to: speeding, red light, stop sign, cell phone, texting, seat belt, suspended licence, revoked license, etc. I am committed to practicing in a manner that most ethically and professionally accomplishes my clients’ goals, while providing them a friendly counselor and advocate, determined to chip away at some of the more negative attorney stereotypes by reflecting, in my practice of the law, what an attorney should be. DUI & DWI
When you get a traffic ticket or even a DUI / DWI, Matthew J. Werblin, Esq., Attorney at Law will represent you in court in the Schenectady area.
