Matthew Werblin Esq. is a down to earth traffic lawyer. He is highly communicative, responding to my phone calls and emails within minutes/hours. He explains to you about your charges clearly. Mr. Werblin explained to me the process, the documents he needs, what he will do, what is expected of me (easy tasks), and the possible outcomes.

Mr. Werblin appeared outside the court house well beyond the appointed time that he set with me. As like other lawyers, you can sign a waiver form and they will represent on your behalf. The fees he charged were reasonable and therefore (IMO he covered some of his own expenses, so he could have charged more) and of fair value.

If you appear in court with him, he will explain to you everything again before conversing with the prosecutor and judge, and during court what were the charges(reduced, if any), and after court the results. I can see that he tries his best to defend your case, in a CONFIDENT and PROFESSIONAL demeanor. He will follow up with you even after the engagement(which I doubt many advocates would do.)

Aside from being an excellent and trustworthy advocate, he genuinely cares for you and your concerns, and provided tips MULTIPLE times to me about future precautions. Heed those precautions because they are useful for you down later in your life. Mr. Werblin was never tired of my concerns and questions, and I sure asked a lot and going into a bit technical at times, and he responded to them in a thoughtful way. He is clearly educated in his field and kept up to date with his professional education.

Why he isn’t more popular on the web is beyond me and I know I will be referring my friends, families, and relatives to Mr. Werblin for traffic tickets in New York State.

I hired Matt for a 6 point speeding ticket offense in the capital region. Matt was extremely thorough in explaining the whole process to me, what to expect, what my options were, and what possible reductions I could receive. He was accessible, responsive, and personable. My ticket was reduced to a 0 point non-moving violation and I am certain this was thanks to Matt and his expertise and experience in these matters. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anybody facing traffic offenses in NY.

Matt was extremely thorough from start to finish. He was always on top of things and never hesitated to answer any questions I had or to spend any extra time solving any issues. He is very professional and trustworthy, explaining your options along the way. I was facing a possible license suspension which was going to result in the loss of my job due to speeding tickets. Matt was able to get all three of my tickets reduced to non-moving violations. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Hired Matt to deal with my daughter’s traffic infraction. He was very honest in assessing the situation and made it clear that he would do his best even though the local court has a policy of not negotiating with those under 21 years of age. Hope was that he could negotiate and at a minimum get the fine reduced. He was successful in negotiating and getting the fine reduced – double win! He keep us up to date with each step of the process. We would recommend him for any traffic infractions.

I used Matt for a ticket east of Albany. He gave very thorough advice for free over the phone before I hired him. He provided excellent service and represented me very well. He is always available and you will end up dealing directly with him. (I initially called some of the larger outfits where much of the contact is through underlings.) His flat-free pricing is a bargain.
